Deleting save files/ game data

One of my careers won't delete from the load game screen. I tried deleting it from the xbox dash but it already says its deleted. When I start the game up, its still there. I found online that the reason is because there is a space in the name, and for some reason they won't delete. My question is if I delete all the Mass Effect data, will previously completed careers be deleted as well? I'm curious because they don't appear as save files on the xbox dash board, and I still want to keep them for importing purposes.
