Didn't receive 2 recruit packs in ME: Andromeda Multiplayer. PS4 DLC

Hello. I recently purchase two recruitment packs from the Mass Effect Andromeda Friday and Saturday from the PS4 store. As of this post I have yet to receive either content in the Mass Effect Multiplayer store. I went through both EA and Playstation support but all they did is sent me to the other and I am rapidly losing my patience. All I ask is either the items I am missing with my purchase or my money back. Because as of now I paid 20 dollars and got nothing in return. The Krogan Vanguard and Asari Adept Recruitment packs are no longer available for me to purchase and money is taken out of my bank I just don't have the items waiting for me in the rewards section of the multiplayer store in Mass Effect Andromeda. I been to playstation support chat, they sent me to eahelp and then eahelp sent me back to them But now all I am getting is that stupid refund bot and their chat section isn't a chat section anymore just a bunch of links to get me to troubleshoot problems I've already done. Playstation phone support is down so I am here. So did I just wasted 20 dollars?

@EA_Atic Is there any updates for this problem? Just bought all 4 of the packs yesterday and am haveing the same problem. With psn and ea help site.

No need, psn refunded me the $40.00 for packes and 40.00 for the base game. Have a nice day.

@Galbrant could you try to power cycle the console and see if that help puch the items for you.

Power cycle the PS4 system
If all of the cables are working properly, try power cycling the PS4 system to rectify the issue:
Completely turn off the PS4 by holding the power button.
Wait for the power light to stop flashing, then remove the power cable and leave the PS4 system for 20 minutes.
Reconnect the PS4 system and turn it on.

Has there been a working resolution to this? I've bought two packs and am having the same issue - and I've tried the recommendations re. cycling the machine

any news about this problem? today i bought soldier pack but didn't get anything... this special pack not appear on my game store....I will ask for a refund, be ashamed.

@EA_Atic I'm also having this issue I just bought the Krogan MP Pack and nothing, how about you guy just remove those packs from the PSN store so this problem ceases.
