Disarming charges on Eden Prime not working

I am playing Mass Effect Legendary Edition.  I’m on Eden Prime, at the train station to disarm the demolition charges.  I walk up to the charge, press A button to disarm and nothing happens.  I’ve gone to all of the charges, I’ve restarted the mission.  I get nothing. How do I resolve this glitch?
