Does Kirrahe tell Wreav of your betrayal

I'm playing renegade fem Shep who will ether convince Mordin to step down or shoot him. I already have data destroyed and Wrex deader than a doornail.

I know that if Wrex is alive,he finds out about your betrayal. and you loose most of your krogan support. Would Wreav also find out about betrayal if Kirrahe is alive or am I safe and have no need to silence him permanently. Arranging an accident would be something I would like to avoid.
