does the mass effect 3 collectors items work on downloaded game?

my xbox 360 is getting old and starting to be very loud when using the disc drive.  today it decided to scratch my mass effect 3 collectors edition.  if i downloaded the game will i be able to use the collector's edition items i downloaded?
