Download Mass Effect (1) through Origin?
I have a retail version of Mass Effect ⚽ but have lost the DVD - however I still have the manual with the licence key on it. I have registered this with EA, but it does not seem to show up in Origin...

Try to "Reload my Games" in Origin option, and go on your game library to see if he appears.
