[EA app] Mass Effect Andromeda missing online access features

Hope you're well. I played Mass Effect Andromeda in Origin via subscription, then bought it on Steam and played via Origin with no problem. Then when EA App replaced Origin I couldn't connect to the online features of the game. I have read a couple of forums when you solved this kind of problem, tried the solutions but none of them work. I contacted EA Support and shared them some of the forums when you explained the problem. But they didn't give me a solution. The told to wait 24hrs or something like that. Could you please help me.

@EA_Shepard&nbsp;I bought from Steam so I can't run the repair function from EA App, but I run the verify from Steam and launch the game again and have the same issue.

Hey,&nbsp;@ZGazBoy,&nbsp;Waiting 24 hours does nothing because it is an account issue. Can you send me a DM with your EA ID and a case number? I need to take a look. This issue is easy to solve, so I need to see what happened.
