Hi I’m trying to play mass effect andromeda but it won’t let me play multiplayer or do the apex mission in the story mode is there anyway that you can help me fix this problem?

Community Manager@whateverman99 Gotcha. The apex missions we have no control over as iw ish we did. When you go into MP what message are you getting?
Are you able to load into single-player and on the Hyperian, go down to the strike team tab,le and complete or start them?
When I go to multiplayer in the main menu this message comes up “network connection error unable to connect at this time. Please try again later.” The same thins when I press the X button in the main menu to change my status from offline to connected the same message pops up. And then I’m in the games campaign and want to do the strike team missions the message says “strike teams offline online features cannot be accessed until you connect online. Please return to the main menu to connect before trying again.” So I do that and it’s still the same thing I will not connect online I even tried uninstalling reinstalling erasing my saves from everywhere and still nothing but other games that I have I don’t have a problem connecting online. Is there anything that I can do or that ea can do to correct this?

Community Manager@whateverman99 Ahh okay. Gotcha! I know what you are talking about. So that will get tricky. You have to find a way to get those missions completed. Do you happen to have access to an android device?

Community Manager@whateverman99 On Android you should be able to go to the Play Store and download the Apex HQ app for the game. This should allow you to start or complete those missions.
Hello I went to the play store on an android device and typed in Apex HQ in to the search bar but nothing came up is there another name to the app or was it taken down if it’s still up can I see a picture of the the app so I know what to look for.
