[EA app] ME:A MP Not loading Due to Apex Missions in SP Mode

@whateverman99 If you don't see it is okay. I was trying to look at your account but I do not see MEA linked to it. Are you playing on another account?

Can you DM me with your EA/Steam ID so I can take a look at the account?

Hello I’m not sure if I had made another account when I first got the game it is possible but I’m not certain. I just know the account I have now and I thought it was the same one. Is there any thing that I can do and I still don’t see the link.

@whateverman99 You would have to figure out which account it is linked to. There are some steps on the Locate an Account article. 

If you are unable to locate any emails with EA info sent to it that you can log in with, you would need to reach out to live support and have them try to locate the account.

As of now, it appears to be the wrong account, but we need to check the logs of the right account to make any necessary changes.

@whateverman99 So yeah i took a look at that ID. That account does not own the game. It has no entitlements that have even accessed the game in any way that I can see which means the game you do own is on a different account.

The game is trying to connect online but cannot due to conflicting entitlements. Basically, you don't have access to the game with the account.

Players can contact our live support team on our Help Site. To request a chat or open a case through email. 

Can you erase that account so I can make one on this one? Is that possible I don’t remember what it could have been the old account information.

@whateverman99 We cannot. Support can help you with account deletion or a merger if necessary but CMs cannot make account changes.
