Community Manager@whateverman99 So yeah i took a look at that ID. That account does not own the game. It has no entitlements that have even accessed the game in any way that I can see which means the game you do own is on a different account.
The game is trying to connect online but cannot due to conflicting entitlements. Basically, you don't have access to the game with the account.
Players can contact our live support team on our Help Site. To request a chat or open a case through email.
Can you erase that account so I can make one on this one? Is that possible I don’t remember what it could have been the old account information.

Community Manager@whateverman99 We cannot. Support can help you with account deletion or a merger if necessary but CMs cannot make account changes.
