@EA_Shepard I've gone to the License folder, but can't find the specified file, so I'll attach the additional details requested for in the post. I don't know if my issue is actually related to the issue mentioned in the thread since I had purchased the game directly through the EA site:

* EA app version (EA app > Top-left Hamburger Menu > About) - included screenshot in the zip attachmet
* The region you're from - Currently East Africa, but the game was bought while in the Asia region
* Are you using an internal or external drive to play your games? - Internal drive
* Are you using an HDD or SSD? - SSD
* Date this issue started (is it still happening?)? - Noticed it beginning of 2024
* Other error(s)? - None
* If possible, share a screenshot of the Error Code or provide a recording of how exactly the Error Code presents itself (you can use YouTube or Streamable to share these) - there isn't any error code displayed, but included a screenshot in zip attachment
* Please share a DxDiag - included in the zip attachment
