I totally agree with everything you have said.
I am on the Xbox One Platform.
I am also A computer Game Design Student - as such they tell you to pay attention to detail in all aspects of the game, and that the end goal is to satisfy the players.
I would also like to add to your very long list:
NG+ when you speak to Lexi for the first time on the Tempest, it automatically advances the quest Movie Night to the last side mission needed to complete it - whether or not you have actually started Liam's Quest.
The Romance's are seriously Lacking, and after you 'complete' the romance you are basically ignored.
Also has anyone noticed the similarities between ME1, ME2, ME3 story lines? for example - when Vetra speaks with Jaal about his life, (during banter in Nomad) and the fact he was born into a war with the Kett, I automatically thought about Javick and the Reapers from ME3.
Also the whole Kett assimilating Other species Reminds me of both the collectors (in some aspects) from ME2 and Star Trek's characters The Borg.
The cut and paste regarding characters especially the Asari - the only individual character is Peebee, the rest of the asari look like Lexi - at least in the original ME's the asari had different facial features: Benezia looked quite different to Liara, for example.
Also Character creation, when i first created a character and started the game, I came across a doppelganger in the first 5 mins of the game, the only difference was the hair colour, this repeats for all NPCs and your squad members- Example Liam: again see doppelgangers(through out the entire Game) the only difference is hair or skin colour, Or Sloane and Gil's friend Jill - it feels like it was rushed/ or that no one could be bothered to actually produce different looks - if this was a small indie game studio they could be forgiven due to lack of funding or resources, This is Not excusable for a Large Well-Known Game company.
Diversity - You come from the milky way where there are multiple species: Humans, Asari, Quarian,Turian, Krogan, Salarian and Geth- to a galaxy that only has two ( not Including the Wild life) -the Kett and Angara.
You later find out about / hinted at another Mysterious advanced species that Created the Angara - which is very similar in ways to the Quarians and the Geth only instead of AI its Genetics
I am an Avid Mass Effect Fan. I Loved (and still do) all three previous games, and have played them repeatedly.
ME:A however is Disappointing, especially when knowing it could have been implemented to/at a higher standard.
ME:A feels as though it was made to 'cash in' on the franchise with very little effort.
I am currently on my second play through and am doubtful I will complete it mainly due to the amount of bugs and problems currently ongoing.

Updated first post removing what is known to be fixed with patch 1.06. Let me know folks if there is other stuff that is fixed but still listed in the first post.

@ketxxx I found most "Special" items are removed from the inventory, however the ability to craft the "Cybernetic Device" for the boy on Kavoeld is still able to be crafted upon starting a NG+ the moment you have access to the R&D panel on the tempest.

@Pyro411Alright, added to first post. I really hope patch 1.07 comes sooner rather than later and fixes a lot more bugs. Pretty sure people can put up with dodgy cut scenes for a few months while issues that have a bigger impact on the game are addressed first. Cut scenes are important Bioware but you are showing poor prioritisation by not focusing on actual game bugs. Cut scene fixes can come as a final patch.
