Extremely low FPS in cutscenes when using eGPU (PC)

When pre-rendered cutscenes play, FPS drop to 5-10. Before the 17 May patch, they would only drop to 20-30 FPS (which is still not good). I assume this is related to the peripherals issue that others...

@RPGaff Same, would love to see this get some attention, egpu setup here with amd 6700 xt i9900k. 220 fps in game, 12 fps cutscene rendering it unplayable
