    @STG_Mordin  Thanks for sharing your feedback! We appreciate all the details you provided. We'll pass it on to the team so they can check it out and continue making the game even better for everyone! These can be rough because players have to report those players (if they can) and then it goes to the Terms of Service, and they have to look. Unless the studio teams see a player blatantly doing something against the Terms of Service, this is not one of those situations that it stops by tomorrow morning. These can take a bit to review.

    Just a minor correction, it's "changeteam" command (I edited the post to fix that).

    As for whether it breaks the terms, here's what I think (obligatory IANAL disclaimer):

    1. Enabling console in a multiplayer game where it is disabled in code, not in configuration is certainly against ToS (no reverse engineering)

    2. Using console cheats to disrupt the gameplay for other players is also certainly against ToS (disruption / abuse of services)

    Therefore, I am hoping they will be dealt with quickly and severely.

    Note that people using cheats in private lobbies is OK with me -- it's only public games that I am concerned about since ME3 multiplayer doesn't have a lot of players in public matchmaking to begin with and if left unchecked this is going to drive away most people from the game.
