Gil Brodie romance

Sorry to bother you all but I have a question, about Gil romance, I am currently playing the game and romancing him, I have completed the mission where you meet Jill in Eos, I unblocked this mission after the mission hunting the archon.

I want to obtain the scene in the Pathfinder’s bedroom, but I cannot obtain it. How can I do that? Do I have to complete the game to obtain that kind of cutscene?
