From Ashes DLC dosen't work
Same problem. Only more so. The achievement can be seen in Origin online. There are two for From the Ashes in my Origin.
Also the Exodus cluster can be visited ingame but I can't land on Eden Prime...

I moved your post to a separate thread because your issue is different from the problem in the original thread.
Go to your ">drive<:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect 3\BIOGame\DLC" folder and see if there is a folder named "DLC_HEN_PR".
