I've had this issue on the One as well. As far as I can tell, this only affects the help text on the mod, but at least the adrenaline mod seems to function properly as my cooldowns were refunded on a kill.
- Damn, I'm jealous. As soon as I bought that perk my adrenaline mod stopped working.
