game and dlc not associated with account despite begin bought via orgin

Hello,
today I have purchased Mass effect 3 N7 digital deluxe edition via Origin (same account  as my BSN account), but despite begin able to download the game itself and installing it (not the dlc "the ashes" that was supposed to come with it though, I am only presented an option to buy it).  Once I start the game an error pops up about the game code and a few seconds later a second error about dlc codes. I am also unable to register the game on my BSN account (did not have an issue with dragon age 1, 2 and ME 2 previously, which are also present on my origin games tab); the message I get is that I do not own the game. Upon visiting N7 HQ it says that it does not find a profile associated to my account on top, but once clicking "my account" it does see it (PC origin account), but also gives a message that they are not bound.
