Game asks me to redeem an online pass, when I already have it and been playing for months already

As the title says, today thegame started asking me for an online pass, when I already have been playing for months (i actually preordered via origin). Was my online pass revoked or smth? If so, I would appreciate the reason. Otherwise, what might be causing this?
