I have one temporary fix and that is to disable auto saving. That should prevent the crash from popping up again but it also means manually saving on a regular basis. I think there is an issue with the auto save function of the game. It cannot be a coincidence that everyone having this issue has the same % issue that I also had. Basically, every save I have before the issue says 26% and every save where I have the issue says 25%, despite actually being further in the game.

How do you disable auto-save?
I'm having the same problem. Started crashing in the docking bay the first time returning to the Nexus after the Asari Arc mission.
EDIT: The reason I left was also to do the Contagion mission. So I can confirm that is likely part of the problem as well.
same bug here guys am quite a way through story have finished contagion long ago so not sure its that causing the issue am stuck on the station after completing the SAM memories, have got 2 arks also happens after a fixed install, in offline mode, cloud saves off, not sure how to turn off auto saves? looks like now stuck waiting for a patch, hopefully this is seen and fixed in it!
Edit, after loading an earlier save i can run around the dock fine i spoke to a vengfull turian after doing the kadaran story and no problems i then spoke to the news reporter guy talking about a problem with keri then after running around crashed again not sure if this is the problem and wonder if you guys have done this yet? looks like im about 57% complete
