Game conversion to change the language (?)

I'm sorry if this topic was already discussed somewhere on the forum, but I was not able to find it and Customer Experience suggested to reinstall the game and create a Question here. The problem...

I'm from Ukraine. Playing on PC, Windows 10

I bought the game in Origin

  @pain-zik-pain Unfortunately there isn't a way to change language in a case like this, nor is there an upgrade/language pack route. Hypothetically, a different version of the game would need to be purchased, one with more available languages.

    The old App allowed to change the language. Has there been any changes or is there a command line to change it?
    Because that Is a pretty strange thing to do. Haveing a game in different languages and then not offering them.
