How to contact an EA Game Advisor
Go to www.help.ea.com and log in at the upper right-hand side:
Now follow >> this link << which should bring you to a page that looks similar to this (please note that the contact options may very by time and your country of origin - in addition to chat and email you will often have an option to call a Game Advisor or even a call back button):
If that does not work for you, go to https://help.ea.com/contact-us/ask and choose Product, Issue Type and Platform according to the screenshot above.
I chose "Origin" as product as this issue has nothing to do with a certain game. It is all about linking your Gamertag or PSN ID to your Origin account.
The fastest way to get help are the chat or phone lines. Please make sure to tell the Game Advisor that your Origin account is already linked to a different Gamertag or PSN ID and / or that the email in your Xbox or PS3 account is different from the email in your Origin account.
Please note that you may also have to answer certain security questions in order to verify that the Origin account is really your Origin account.
