"Ghost" Mass Effect 2 on my Origin. I can't play!

First of all, sorry for possible typing mistakes but english is not my native language.

I've read the forum and I found similar problems but not exactly this problem so I posted it. It bought Mass Effect 2 a few days ago and Origin "installed" the game but I can't play because the Play button is grayed out.

Before anyone tells me "Go and take a look at this post " I have to say that is not necesary: I've allready done. But still I can't play.

The thing is in the author of that post mentions something about finding the game installation files and putting it back into the folder. (get ·MassEffect2Launcher.exe· + "/data/launcher" folder from Origin settings -> advanced -> browse game install files)

And here it comes the funnt part:

1 - I don't know what folder is exactly "the folder" but if he's referring to Program files/Origin Games folder. Inside of my  "Program files/Origin Games" there is NO folder for Mass Effect 2.

2 - My Origin settings -> advanced -> browse game install files is totally empty.

3 - If I try to right click the game and uninstall, a window pops up but there is no Mass Effect 2 to uninstall anywhere.

So I have a ... "installed" game that I can't uninstall or play. What odo I do? Can someone help me? 😕mileysad:
