Good import from ME1 but wrong dialogues (spoilers)

Thanks for your feedback. There is nothing we can do if of your choices were not recorded and transferred 100% I am afraid.

But the thing is they were reported.

Because I was able to see Ashley in the first scene in the Normandy.

it's like the game knew my choices but put sometime the wrong cutscenes.

Anyway, I deleted the ME1 import in "Mydocuments/bioware etc", I re-loaded my ME1 save an hour before the end, re-finished the game, then used this "new" end game save to import in ME2 and it seems to be working now.

So maybe my first ME1 saved was corrupted somehow.

  There's a rare bug that corrupts your save file. I had this bug once myself.
  
  You could try and fix it by changing plot flags in the unofficial save editor. http://social.bioware.com/project/4373/
