Got a new key/Online Pass, pre-order DLcs gone in-game

I'm one of the frw whos game messed up after Citadel DLC. Since I has the N7 edition I needed last resort a new digital deluxe key from support, which solved all my issues.

However I started a new game, to check Citadel - and Omega finally - and I noticed two of my pre-order DLCs gone fro mthe game. Still listed in Origin DLCs list, but not in-game can be found. That was the N7 Warfare Gear which contains Valkyrie, Argus and N7 armor. And some reason I've got a Argus code only.

Sadly my last support connection lost, but I just wonder and ask other peoples: it's worth a hassle or they can't fix this issue? since this item was limited pre-order stuff and it's only 3 item in-game. Also Argus can be aquired in Levithan DLC anyway.
