1) Fix bug issues and animation glitches remaining
2) Simplify menu UI
3) Remove or significantly reduce cooldown when switching favorites to make it more usable in combat
4) Non-scene dialogue often cannot be heard (people too far) or is overridden by something less significant (SAM). On occasion multiple NPCs talk over each other.
5) Very little use for money as crafted gear is far superior to vendor items. Options: off duty clothing, visuals for Tempest, etc
1) Better faces and options in the character creation
2) Being able to customise the premade faces
3) Being able to track multiple quests at the same time using different colours/icons to distinguish between them visually
4) Get a button in the UI that gets you back to the game in ONE click when you are checking the map or quest log for example
5) Being able to equip new gear and assign skill points without having to go to a loadout station
As an extension of point 1 -> I really don't feel like we can adapt the current faces enough and most of them are ugly by default and I mean ugly. Most mouth areas seem to be protruding and look more like the build of a monkey's face than a human. I suspect that it's linked to the animations as well but I really wish they would've made more attractive faces so that there is less need also to make a lot of modifications. I managed decently but I've run out of faces I like rather quickly. I definitely miss being able to change the actual shape the nose for example which we could in previous Mass Effect games.
I have written about this in so many threads that my face is tired... So are my fingers...
1) Someone from Bioware, maybe a project lead or someone from management needs to sit down and evaluate what has gone wrong. Be honest with themselves. Cut out the BS. Stop giving yourselves excuses, like oh it's the first game and its better than ME1. Oh the nomad is better than the mako... ME1 was a decade ago! My current car is better than the one I previously had 10 years ago! Evaluate what went wrong. Why include the transgender conversation and taking it out later, it serves no purpose nor value to the majority of the gamers except raise our blood pressures. Why are all the Asari, except for PeeBee(who looks more raccoon than asari) and Lexi, looks almost the same? Samara's 3 Ardat Yakshi daughters prettier than any Asari in MEA... Who's giving them bad advice? They are obviously trying to listen, they thought that did, why else would they have a transgender in it? Will they continue to listen to bad advice? Remove the bad bugs in your ear! Is it someone powerful in bioware? Go higher and sure his boss will be affected if profits drop and bad press continues! Understand that you will not be able to please everyone, but you will need to appease the majority, understand that it is a game meant to be enjoyed, not a political platform.
2) Sit down and ensure the quality of the game is of a certain level. "Best game ever" is a huge statement and I dont expect that. But I do expect consistency of delivery. I do expect a tighter storyline, smarter writing, I do expect to enjoy the game and want to play the game more rather than coming to this forum daily and write about how it should be improved!!
3) Get back to the basics. What made ME successful in the first place? What made a fan of all of us, get the basics right, the core the heart, the spirit, get that right. Then improve from there. Why do fans like Shepard and the Normandy crew? Do you get as much positive feedback with regard to the new protagonist and the new crew?
