Help! DLC's not working at all

Earth, Retaliation and Resurgance not showing up anywhere in game. Origin says I've already installed them, but I am not finding them anywhere. Instead, Bres seems to be thinking I have part of Leviathian DLC because the white dot shows up - but I can't pick up whatever it is with the probe.  When I originally got the DLC's, it was a few days ago, and I got notifications that they were ready in-game, and since then the game has been played, saved, exited, restarted, etc. But still none of those 3 DLC's.  

Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a simple answer why this might happen? How do I fix it?
