Yeah looks like EA support , like many of their products is total garbage. Oh look you can have them call you in 20 minutes great.......and look a live chat that you have to wait like 10 minutes most likely to connect with some guy in India who can barely speak english. and yeah NO email support, maybe there was an option for that but not anymore. Most likely because so many people had issues they didnt want to deal with email support.
I think im considering never buying another EA game again or ..at least one i buy in store so that if i have problems there may be a chance for a refund. Ugh.

I used the chat option the other day; within 5 minutes I was talking to a Game Advisior, and had what I needed within 10 minutes.
As to the nationality of the Game Advisor I was chatting with; yes, English probably wasn't his native language, but I found his use of English far better than that of most high school graduates these days.
