Hi @Grotaiche if you read the ME3 summary in EA App it says that all DLC are part of game now so if you install te game they should be ininstalled aswell (even if not listed I suppose) Do you have any old saves that you can load and see if they are available in game (both Omega and Leviathan are unlocked after Prioryty:Citadel I, right after you are send to Palaven/Menae - you should get emails on Shepard's computer).
Ah that's a fair point, my installation was made back in 2021 and at that point there was still Origin and no Legendary Edition.
I will try reinstalling (my current save is around Priority: Rannoch) and see if it works !

I don't think it did ☹️ The download manager does not show any other DLC than the ones I have (see attachment) ; also the game wouldn't load any old save for some reason, even those dating back from 2012 (the loading screen freezes and I have to manually kill ME3's process ; the ambient sound is still on but the loading circle in bottom right does not run anymore).
I'll sleep on it but it doesn't look great so far ☹️
EDIT : I also tried to clear EA App cache but it did not seem to do anything. Same when trying to repair the (new) installation.
The Save games are dependant on the DLC that are installed at the time of Saving.
If DLCs are missing, the save game will not load.
I would assume that this is a permissions problem within your account, but only EA support can help with that, so all you can do is contact them again and hope to find a better rep.
