How to Change Clothing from Auto Choices made earlier

Somehow, I was asked to choose what type of apparel shepherd would wear at ending scene and at dinner in the sushi restaurant in the Citadel DLC. I would like to change what shepherd is wearing, but ...

To clarify the problem,  shepherd will walk into the restaurant in casual clothes and automatically changes to formal wear when she sits down.  How can I remove these automatic changes?
