How to use genesis 2 DLC?

If you are using Origin make sure your dlc is installed. Go to My Games tab and right click on Mass Effect 3 and choose view game details. This should show your game dlc list. It should have options to download the the dlc or purchase them. I hope this helps.

I bought the Genesis 2 before replying the ME3 for the third time. It's nowhere nearwhere to be found. No 'play' buttons, no 'fire up', nothing...So what gives? What was the point of buying it?
What platform are you on?
Is the DLC marked as installed.
Did you follow the instructions from EA_Ursula on page one without importing a character from ME2?
