I can't download Project Overlord from the BioWare site
On Wednesday, August 7th 2013, I purchased 1600 BioWare points from the BioWare Social Network site, and I put the points towards the last 3 DLCs for ME2 that I had yet to acquire. These were Kasumi: Stolen Memory, Arrival, and Project Overlord. I then proceeded to buy all 3 DLCs. I went to the User Entitlements on the BioWare site, and it showed that I had bought them successfully and they were available to download. So I did. Both Kasumi and Arrival downloaded fine, and I successfully installed them and registered them with my PC copy of Mass Effect 2, which is on Steam. However, every time I've tried to download Project Overlord, nothing happens. It stays on 0.0/1.0GB downloaded and never updates. This is obviously quite annoying, as I paid good money to get this DLC pack, and I can't even get it.
So if it's possible, I'd like another link to download Overlord from please. I purchased them directly from the BioWare site, not from Origin, so I don't know if I can get it from the Origin Store or not.

If someone can please help me out and provide me with another link to download my copy of Project Overlord, that would be great.
Have you tried using a different browser?
If you have the game registered in Origin, right click it and go to game details. There's a list with DLC. If the DLC is registered to your account, there should be a download button.
