Good luck dude. I talked to EA support and they said they can't do anything, since they can't add the DLCs to our account on their end, we can only wait for EA's goodwill to make the DLCs avaliable to claim at their store, but i would not get any hopes up.
My situation is the same as yours. My situation is mass effect 2, and the customer can't do anything😭😭😭

This is a response from customer service to me. Maybe we can only wait for EA to resume purchasing in the store:
The game code is activated on your account successfully however, the game code is only for base game. There is a separate game code which have DLC's as well.
I would request you to reach back to the CD key retailer & get a refund.

In this case, I would request you to get a refund from CD key & purchase the game & it's DLC's from EA app.

May I ask if your quality effect 3 has been activated through CDKEY? Is it activated on the origin or EA application?
Or purchase from the origin or EA app store?
May I ask if you can answer?
