I have no Commendation pack received during a couple last Bounty Weekends.

I'd like to ask you - why i have no Commendation pack 4 or 5 times ?
I asked my in-game friend and he told me that this is incorrect situation and suggested me to ask EA admin.
So - i guess it is no so big problem to check my Origin Account and find that i have some Squad goals completed (according to BW rules - everyone should get Commendation pack. I received only Victory pack everytime. )
It is very hard to stay in game without prizes. For example - i still use sniper rifle Hero level 1. I know that players have no chance to buy it. I saw some players with Hero X (!!!!!) - how did they received it ? I guess - it was a prize for Squad goal.
So - could someone help me or just clarify the situation ?

You're not the one with this issue, there's a claim page on the BSN website to fix it:

There's no victory pack anymore, just commendation, verify that in your online option of the game, you tick on yes the comments option.
Now, commendation pack are given directly when you complete the challenge, but if your comments option is set on yes and you don't receive your pack, just wait the end of the challenge and go on the link I give you at the top of my post.
