(I know this is common) Can't move

In singleplayer, I am on the mars mission. After the conversation after the turret got disabled, I got stuck next to two pieces of cover. I was able to run, but even then I got no distance. I tried moving around cover, and I was able to rotate around cover 'once' The thing that makes it worse is that I actually could move after doing that, for 3 steps and then it occurred again.
