As an aside, if you agree to just talk to her prisoner instead of freeing him she'll call you 'reasonable' instead of 'honorable' in the conversation to be her second/backup. If I end up retconning to go with Reyes, for whatever reason, I'll go that route. Just changing that single word makes it a little more palatable.
