I thought they got it with 1.05. I know they fixed the worst of exorcist cryo man - but he still looked like his neck had to be broken.
Ah, yeah, that. Hey, speaking of that guy, I believe the bigger problem was context. The guy just got out of cryo, why the hell would he have the urge to look at Ryder and follow him/her around? Some people looking at you specifically. People don't need to look at you only because you are passing next to them, right? Ryder is not a walking freaky fanfarre to force these NPCs to look at you, then sometimes some creepy stuff start surfacing, people using their omnitool without even glancing at it, keeping doing their jobs while their heads goes all owl-like etc.

UNLESS I'm done up to look like a clown. Maybe they are stunned by your poor posture and cannot look away? - like a trainwreck.
