C'mon, respect the Bot! Poc deserves a shot at the Asari SAM or Ancient AI. Everyone loves a good triangle. Also, since SAM is learning from Ryder, he needs at least 1 hot human AI to take a shot at.
Other romances
Lexi and Drack obviously have something special. If that doesn't work out (stupid poaching Ryder!), then you could do Drack and Umi

Yes! I was thinking Evfra and Paraan not only for the fireworks (which would be fun in itself) but also for the tension that seems to be simmering between them.
I also have a feeling in my playthrough with more time on the ship, Cora and Liam would gravitate toward each other in a Garrus and Tali kind of way. Also because they seem like polar opposites. Cora would calm and mature Liam a bit and Liam could loosen Cora's personality up a bit. Plus, I also saw how Liam was looking at Cora during movie night! Haha
