No Krogan squad or Rachni war assets appear after the mission.

I believe that you meant to say that it isn't a possible outcome of the mission, as you go on to list. Neither of the assets ever appearing is obviously a bug. The one you mention is a different bug but probably related. So many bugs in a mission about bugs that is a tribute to bugs, you'd think it is Bioware's idea of a joke lol.
I don't see the point in listing the other two cases that don't fit my description.
So this is another confirmed bug, and far from the only one when it comes to War Assets. At least this one doesn't brick the mission.
No, what I meant is without saying which way you resolved the mission we can't tell if this is just a duplicate of the bug I linked to where the Aralakh Company war asset disappears, or if this is a new issue.
If you saved the Rachni Queen in this mission without having saved the Rachni Queen on Noveria, then the Rachni Workers war asset is supposed to disappear. If you saved the Rachni Queen both times, then it's not and it's a new bug, so you'd need to say which way you resolved it.
If it is a new bug it's not universal, I tested saving the Rachni Queen after having saved it on Noveria and my Rachni Workers war asset was present as normal.
Read either of my posts again. Neither of the assets ever appeared to begin with. I think you are talking about something entirely different that happens a while later in the game and isn't a bug. Getting uncomfortable close to spoiler territory too.
None of the posts contain the answer to the follow-up question, which of the 3 ways did you resolve this mission? It's hard for someone to test this themselves if they don't know what you did.
