Is there a way to edit an incomplete ME2 save file to completion?

I'm halfway through an ME2 playthrough and really don't want to finish this playthrough, but i want my character imported into ME3 with the decisions made so far, and if possible, decisions that i would've made in the future. Is there any way to do this?

You could also go to ME2saves.com and download the appropriate savefile that reflects your decisions (provided you're on Xbox or PC). But why not finish such an awesome game? That's part of the whole journey...

No, you have to finish ME2 in order to import your character into ME3.
