Hi,
Javik disappeared from his 'home' on board of the Normandy after completing the Grissom Academy mission.
Missions completed before: Earth, Mars, Eden Prime, Palaven
Yes, of course I do own "From Ashes" and it is active on the XBOX Live Account (otherwise I could not have completed Eden Prime).
Is this a bug? Corrupted Save Game? Will he reappear?,
How can support fix this?

There actually isn't anything wrong--he's doing a little bit of exploring on the ship after you've completed the Grissom Academy mission.
Look around the ship and you will have a nice surprise.
SPOILER:
Look in the cargo hold where Jack used to be in ME2. Javik is there doing his thing as a Prothean, following biological markers and when approached will talk to you about the former occupant of that living space.

Check your map to find crew locations. After the first couple of missions, crew members move to different spots all the time.
