Just bought some BW points, but...

 Hey guys,
I just bought a "1600 Bioware points pack" from a local shop (I'm from Czech) and when I entered the code, it said this code is only worth 1000 BW points. I guess it's a shop's fault, they probably inserted bad code in the pack, so I didn't redeem the code yet and I'll try to change it for the correct one - I just wanted to ask, if it's really possible to have a 1000 BW points code, I thought there are only 400,800,1200,1600 codes (so if there is possibility that Origin shows me invalid number of points and the code is correct one).

Anybody knows?

    Sorry if this is a gap in my knowledge, but as mentioned over on BSN I don't think there is a 1000 point package. Your best bet is to contact support through chat, and they can look into your code and give some more info.

    Alright, I contacted the support and he (or she? :D) told me that the code is really worth the 1000 BW points - he was also surprised that such code exists. As a solution he told me to ask for a replacement code in the shop I bough it.
