Did you had a EA play subscription that expired?
If so this is a known error that can be resolved by EA support.I would suggest to contact EAs Support on Twitter. Only support can help in this case and the Twitter help seems to be the best option for this problem.
If that is not an option, here is the link to "normal" EA Support.

I am having the same issue, but I am not able to open a case with EA support and the Bot is no help. I did have an EA subscription, so I am probably having the same issue as others on this forum. Could you please have a look to see if this can be resolved for me as well?
Unfortunately, nobody here can help you with this at the moment. You will need to start a live chat with an EA Games Advisor, or try EA Help page on X.

Still a problem, EA help is difficult to contact and the bot is useless for this. I believe its a subscription problem but there is no way i can fix that.
