Just got screwed out of 800 BW points...?

Question

You took 1600 BW points instead of 800 for a Package. Mass Effect 2 on PC!!!

Transaction Pay Pal: 73G90943WJ683021G to obtain 400 BW Pointde for the 160 requested for the package

Instead of 240 BW point in balance in my account I hav eonly 80 BW Points left!!!!

Pretty Pissed off I am!!!!!

Keep in mind that this is mainly a user forum. You need official customer support for this. http://help.ea.com/contact-us

And yes, this is a known bug. The transaction is repeated until there's not enough money on your account left. It amazes me that after several months, this hasn't been fixed yet.
