I'm not using the hoodie so it's not that. I get this issue in more areas now and I can't figure out what it is. Nexus, kadara, and now eos.
Yup, you're right. I could reproduce no scanner sounds on the nexus wearing the hoodie and not. But now I have the same bug on Kadara even outside the port hub. ☹️
I have the same problem on the PS4. No scanner sound & no helmet on Kadara.
No helmet on Kadara: save and load game. Helped me.
No scanner sound seems to be random on the nexus as well.
I think it is more to do with the new Frostbite engine than with ME:A because users have reported it occuring across platforms and with other games based on frostbite. i do get random dropouts and laggy graphics even on a GTX1080.
Don't think there is a solution but if I find the original post I will link it here in case there are any fixes yet.
