Kasumi black screen at the end of the Mission

Okay so i've looked at all the old Links but it seems this question hasnt been asked in a while. but im still getting the black screen of death after talking Kasumi into either saving or destroying the greybox, Nothing i seem to do helps in the slightest. The link to downloading the dlc's through the Bioware Social no longer exists. so in short Help.....or Bioware could finally fix this issue after all these years.
