- 4 years ago@scifihiki I have done a repair both using my steam account repair as well as repair on Origin but to no avail. Just thinking to uninstalling the game. I actually really liked the game before this happened.

Ok. Puzzling! Does starting a new game work? Just as a test, I don't know how far you progressed before this happened. I can understand if you don't want to start from scratch.
Yeah I really like this game as well. I've never experienced this kind of bug though.
Maybe something with your system, but I've no idea. Like a harddrive starting to failure. Or something else entirely.
EDIT:
Maybe just update your GPU driver, unless you have done that already.
You could also try to adjust the graphics quality in the game.
And I'm not sure if this is relevant, actually I think it's not so this might be a silly suggestion. I don't know which GPU you have, but maybe it helps clearing the shader cahce? For AMD cards I think there's a setting in the Radeon software. Not sure about nVidia either (even if that's what I have), I guess setting it to Off then On again works? (in Nvidia control panel - 3D settings - then under specific games). Maybe you need to locate the folder and clear it.
