Kill count achievements on Mass Effect Legendary Edition still not working

So, the bug report function didn't work so I'll just post my bug report here. I'm playing Mass Effect LE on Xbox One and the kill count achievements are still not working. I've definitely over a thousand enemies but the not even the 250 count achievement has unlocked.

I checked it in me2 an saw I had 229. Went back to me1 played for a bit no achievement. Went back to me2 to check status on kills and it had reset back to 0 an was at 63. Repeated process, only with like 8 kills an went back to only showing 8 kills. Images like 6 minutes apart. First was 63 second was 8.

Changing games seems to be what resets the counter for me so I hope they patch it soon.
