Lag Spike

So basically I play ME3 multiplayer. And I lag out and lose connection contstantly. It didn't used to be so bad before, but now it makes the game unplayable. I play off my cellphone... I switched connections and it improves a bit, but its still laggy. Anyone else have this problem or a fix?
