I did all the instruction you gave me. Now I am able to fly to silversun strip so I tried to go to Presidium commons loadind screen went well but it goes back to the Kaiden injure cutscene again. It's like whenever I fly to the Citadel it's the first time and everything went black after loadind scene.
(Cutscene show everything like normal cutscene except Shepard's mouth doesn't move)
A few questions to rule out problems with game files:
- Do you useed any Mods? (Everything, from texture mods to customised Coalesced_INT.bin files.)
- Did you edited the "GamerSettings.ini", "BIOInput.ini" or the "BIOEngine.ini"?
- Make sure Origin and Steam are closed
- Go to your ">drive<:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect Legendary Edition\Game\ME1\BioGame" folder.
- Move the "Config" folder to your Desktop.
- Test.

I used mod before but after I have a problem with this I uninstall it. (Romance mod)
Did test it without config file. Still the same run Kaiden cutscene, loading and went black.

Do you have the game on Steam or on Origin?
If on Steam, did you also repaired the game in Origin?
Go to your ">drive<:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect Legendary Edition\Game\ME3\BioGame\DLC" directory and make a screenshot of all folders in the directory.
Do you have a save before you installed the mods or a ME3 save from the original trilogy you could test with?

Now I start new save game and play it all again test if i'm going to experience the same problem.

If that don't works, the romance mode is still in the DLC folder.
Make sure Origin is completely closed.
Trash the "DLC_Mod_Gay" folder.

Repair the game. (This will purge all installed Mods.)
(Origin: Game Library > Right-click the game cover > Repair)
(EA app: My Collection > Click on the three dots on the game cover > Repair)
(Steam: Game Library > Right-click the game > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.)
